SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping in Australia for domestic orders over $39 AND free standard shipping to New Zealand for orders over $69.

For Domestic Orders, once your order is dispatched it typically takes an estimated 1-7 business days, depending on stock levels and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is packed, we will send an email with your tracking information.

We also offer worldwide shipping. However, free standard shipping might not be valid on international orders, for further details, please check while checkout page since it might be different with different countries or do not hesitate to contact us. For International Orders, once your order is dispatched it typically takes 7-20 business days to deliver.  Customs may delay the delivery of your order up to 30 business days.

**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers and does not include order processing time. Weekends, Holidays, Customs, and Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.

 

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE? 

We sincerely apologize for the expensive shipping cost that you may have incurred on your recent purchase with us. As a small business, we understand that shipping costs can be a significant concern for our customers, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to our size and limited resources, we are unable to negotiate lower shipping rates with carriers, we want to assure you that we are continuously exploring new ways to reduce our shipping costs while still providing reliable and fast delivery. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your continued patronage.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order's dispatched date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and/or any free items.

If you’ve purchased a faulty item or broken, snap a picture of the item so that you have proof that it is, will guarantee you have your get a new one or have your money back.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@catcatbrisbane.com to obtain a return number. After receiving an return number, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the address following the email.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges*. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receiving your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company OR your payment mother. We will notify you by email when we receive your team and when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:  

  • Gift

  • Free items

  • Samples

  • Specific customized items* 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

*We do not accept return reasons such as 'change of mind'.

*Specific customized items such as customized orders CAN NOT be fully refunded or store credit unless is a quality issue or team damage.
