  • Do you offer free international shipping?
    At the time being, we only offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $39. We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
  • Are your products dishwasher safe?
    Yes, our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, for tote bags we recommend hand washing them.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?
    Yes, we do offer bulk discounts, please contact us for a quote.
  • How long does it take to receive my order after shipping?
    Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days within AU. However, if your order is time-sensitive, we do offer express shipping options with additional shipping costs.
  • How long will it take to ship after ordering?
    We will ship your order within 1-5 business days. You should receive your package shortly after that, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. However, if your item is temporarily out of stock (this could be due to high demand or delays in the restocking process), it may take us 10-14 days to prepare your order. You will be well informed for every update in status throughout the process.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
    If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
